Fort Williams Park is a beautiful location for company outings, family reunions, and all of life’s celebrations. Please keep in mind that the park is open to the public and while your location is reserved, the areas around and near you may be in use.
If you are interested in renting the Picnic Shelter, Gazebo, Band Stand, or Ship Cove Platform, click here and you will be redirected to our online reservation system. Detailed information on each site is available by clicking on the site name. Reservations for the upcoming year may be made beginning December 1 for residents and January 1 for non-residents. In addition to the park and location-specific regulations, all items must be walked onto areas, any and all decorations and signs must be removed immediately. No nails, staples, or tacks are permitted in any structure or trees.
Groups of fewer than 75 people may gather in any area of the park other than those available for rent. Groups over 75 and up to 150 must receive prior approval from the Visitor Services Supervisor. Groups over 150 must receive prior approval from the Community Services Director Kathleen Raftice and can take up to 90 days.
These sites are also available for ceremonies. There is an additional ceremony permit required. Permit information is available on the Ceremonies page.
Site rentals do not include parking, therefore, you may want to share parking information from our site with your guests.
