The Cape Explorer is available for viewing online and will be delivered to residents after December 2nd. Resident registration opens online at 8:00 pm on December 18th and in person or over the phone at 8:00 am on December 19th. The brochure offers youth, adults, and older folks opportunities to participate in educational, cultural, recreational, and social enrichment programs.
