Cape Elizabeth residents displaying a Recycling Center Permit decal may park anywhere in the park as may any vehicle displaying a disability placard or registration plate at no cost. Residents may obtain a decal at the Recycling Center during regular business hours. Proof of residency is required.
The pay and display parking system is maintained, enforced, and managed by Unified Parking Partners at lots located at the picnic shelter and parade ground, Ship Cove, and Central Parking. There is no charge to park in the Overflow lot.
2025 Parking Fees:
- 2-hour minimum $6
- $2/hr after 2 hr minimum
- Annual Season Pass $25
All fees and passes are purchased at the meters in the park with a credit or debit card only.
